About
Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, I dropped out of art classes after high school, when I moved to Chicago. That would be my first mistake.
My formal qualifications are in film and business. During the week, I’m a management consultant who cooks and watches the Golden Girls. On the weekend, I turn my attention to painting and writing, which brings us to this web site.
For the last decade, I’ve been working on a series of paintings that features fetuses, nuclear explosions, earth and space. This dichotomy is intentional and yet so annoying to me that I struggle to admit to it. Nevertheless I find it encapsulates exactly what I’m trying to say.
